Dear Rotarians,

The Annual Rotary Installation Banquet is scheduled for Tuesday evening, July 6, 2010 at Envie Restaurant.  The evening will begin with a cash bar from 6:30-7:00pm.  Mealtime is 7:00pm. There are three entree selections to choose from

• 8 oz. Ribeye Steak served with potatoes Brabant and green beans
• Fresh filet of bassa lightly dusted in flour and pan sautéed, topped with fresh Pico De Gallo and Lemon white wine butter sauce on a bed of Italian herbed angel hair pasta and served with green beans
• 6 oz. chicken breast stuffed with Andouille sausage, baked to golden brown, topped with a Cajun Cream Sauce then placed on a bed of Italian herbed angel hair pasta and served with Green Beans
• All three selections include a Salad, Vegetable and Dessert
